App juddery and slow AGAIN

Do you skimp on server space or what? This happens every few months

Hi @Graphista - sorry to hear about that! We had the issue come up a couple of weeks back, but it seemed to be resolved.

To be clear, if the app is freezing or not scrolling smoothly, that's not connected to poor server performance, but an app issue. We so far haven't been able to simulate the issue at all, so any specifics would be really helpful!

  • Which device and iOS version do you have?
  • Does the freezing happen at particular times? When you're scrolling threads or posts? Is it at certain times of the day? Is it continuous?
  • Does force-restarting the app make any difference?

Your answers are a big help in figuring out where the issue is coming from.
