I'm on iPhone app. When I try and tag people the ones I want are normally at the top and I can only see them by dragging up, but then I can't click them as I'm having to hold down the dragged bit. Is it just me?

Can we just check that your app is all up to date? Could you also try closing down the app and re-opening it?
