I used to get email alerts if someone replied to me with the @ function but this has now stopped, although I didn’t change anything.

When I go into my account I can no longer see anywhere to change email alert preferences (only the round up type emails), but I’m sure this used to be possible.

Anyone else finding this? Am I just missing something?

Any ideas, MNHQ?

Hello @TalkingtoLangClegintheDark,

We're not exactly sure why your settings have changed, but you should be able to sort this by clicking on the Preferences page. If you scroll down to the bottom to the Talk Notifications heading, you can click on the box to allow notifications when you're mentioned on a thread.

By the way, if you're ever stuck (or if we take too long to respond!), there are answers to lots of questions about how the site works in our Frequently Asked Questions/Help page. There's a link to it at the foot of every page on the desktop site.
