Almost every time I log in either on phone ( android ) or laptop (chrome) I have to accept the T&Cs againg .
I certainly dont mind every now and then but every time is getting tiresome .

In the meantime, could we have screenshots of the message, check you're clicking accept and possibly let us know whether or not you're using private browsing?

Morning, everyone. Thanks for your patience with this. We've heard back from Tech who say this:

We ask for consent every time someone clears their cookies or every 30 days on each device if cookies haven't been cleared. If users are seeing the notice more frequently then it's likely that their settings are clearing their cookies regularly.

If you want to change this you can follow these steps:
Go to settings on Chrome > select privacy and security > select cookies and other data > then check that cookies are enabled and that they are not set to clear when quitting chrome.

The relevant info is circled in this screengrab. Hope that helps. Do let us know if you're still having problems with this.
