I've been a member since 2007 or so using my outlook email address.
I mainly use the app on my phone (automatically logged in) but would like to be logged in on the laptop/tablet but I've forgotten my password. I have asked several times for a password reset but it never appears (I've checked Spam too). I've just been using the mobile app but now I have been logged out of that too. Requested more password resets but still no appearance of email...
So, although I would like to keep my original account, I decided to create another one using my Gmail account. So I logged in using Gmail. Now when I try to log into the mobile app, my Gmail password doesn't work. Any idea what the bollocks is afoot?
