iPhone 7 iOS 12

Been happening to me all day. I have now won 15 iPhones. Unfortunately, it is stopping me every time I find a particularly interesting thread. Hope it’s sorted soon.

It’s been happening to me all afternoon and just happened again.

Apparently it will keep happening once it starts unless you get shot of it. I just downloaded Malwarebytes free version (big blue curved “M” logo) and hopefully that will do the trick. It’s blocking all the stupid adds I’m not interested in seeing too, brilliant, I have it on my pc should totally have thought of this earlier! Wonder if they will start charging for their services in the future. Is so I’m buying! Ps i don’t have shares in that company or anything, just mentioning in case it helps anyone.

I am sick of the bloody 'winning' spam sites!!!!!

I have 2 ad blockers and bloody Mumsnet spam is doing my head in because it's getting past the filters!!! £200 Aldi card. £100 Lidl card. Piss off! I want to read a page I saved from ages ago and now can't navigate to it for all the shitty spam!!!

I’ve been using Malwarebytes for about three hours now, all spam pop ups blocked. Seriously consider this if you’re still having problems. It’s been around for ages and it’s free! Why not?!

It’s still happening to me too, to the point of making the site unusable on safari on my iPad. I’ve downloaded Firefox hoping that might help.

It seemed to stop last night but is back now. Not good enough @MNHQ, quite frankly. No other website gets hijacked like this one does on a regular basis.

MN don’t seem to take their responsibilities seriously, their record with user identities and privacy is appalling and the issue with pop ups is a regular occurrence. About time they invested some of their not inconsiderable profits into sorting it out
