Threads I'm On missing some threads

On ios App, some of the threads I've recently posted on are not appearing.

Just me?

Nope, me too. One of my really regularly used threads has dropped right down my I'm on list!

They are showing on Watching instead

I'm getting this on a thread I've been chatting in for months and at least one other poster on it has reported the same problem.

It's happened to me too, but it does show up in threads I'm on in the IOS app but not in the web/browswer UI. Here's the one that's not showing up in firefox on win 10:

As you can see from the screen shots, there's a new post on the thread, but it's not in Threads I'm On.

This is happening to me too, theres only 1 or 2 showing at a time.
Android/ chrome using the mobile site.

Thread I'm On is completely blank for me. I'm on Chrome on the desktop.

Thanks for letting us know - we're going to investigate it now. In the meantime, if anyone else is having this problem could you please let us know what device you're using, whether you're using the app, desktop site or mobile site, and if it works on any other devices you use.

Me too. On apple device on app

I think I'm the other poster @CrazyBaubles referred to from the Christmas thread. I noticed this happening at the end of last week and reported it through the ContactUs facility. I have had some correspondence with SophieMN over the weekend but it's still happening.

A whole thread I started in feminist chat has vanished as far as I can see!

Me too since Sunday/Monday it seems now I've found and caught up on missing threads

It seems to keep resetting. On Sunday I had zero threads. On Monday about seven. Today, it's three.

I've been told to try and reinstall the App

I've just reinstalled the app and it's still the same. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks for letting us know! So - broadly the ios app, and reinstalling no good. We won't have an answer this weekend, unfortunately, but we should be able to get back to you next week.

I've had this for ages. Installing etc not working and I think the thread I asked about it in site stuff also doesn't appear so I don't know if I ever got an answer as I can't find it lol. Also on iOS here.

Hi guys, thanks for raising this issue - I can assure you your threads haven't been lost! There's clearly an issue with the way Threads I'm On are being loaded - but we haven't yet been able to pin it down.

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue yet, could someone confirm for us that it's still happening, and we'll look into that specific case? Thanks for your patience!

The ones that originally went missing from "I'm on" still haven't reappeared!
