Hi @woolduvet - apologies for this. We've been having some problems managing traffic at peak times on the app. It's now mostly been resolved, but let us know if something like this comes up again.

Hi guys, we made some changes recently that improved our servers supporting the apps. This means you should see less errors at peak times.
Could you let us know if you see repeating network errors again? Thanks!

Thanks for raising these issues guys, do these failing requests happen consistently? I'm not seeing large volumes of failures, but I'll reopen it if this is a consistent problem.

Hi guys, we've located the bookmark issue you've reported, and the fix is being worked on. It seems to be particularly bad at particular times of the day.

Hey guys, really sorry for the rubbish performance recently. We have a number of developers working on it currently, but it requires some quite complex trial & error.
Really grateful for your patience whilst we get it fixed!

We've made some changes to the backend that serves the app today, and we'll monitor it over the next few days.
Let us know when problems spike, it helps locate where the bottlenecks are occurring.
