Hi @woolduvet - apologies for this. We've been having some problems managing traffic at peak times on the app. It's now mostly been resolved, but let us know if something like this comes up again.

This happens daily for me - only on mumsnet! Likewise my internet is fine!

Definitely seems to be a peak use time issue which suggests to me possibly a lack of capacity on servers?

Already not been able to use mobile site reliably for several months which is how I ended up using the app in the first place.

When neither app nor site are working and I'm being told I've no internet connection when clearly I do as other online sites and apps work - it's more than a bit annoying.

Also on iPhone safari for mobile site.

Still terrible here, happening every evening from around 9pm onwards

Says 'you must be logged in to view threads I'm on' - I am logged on!!

Also 'problems with internet' - my Internet is fine!

Thanks for raising these issues guys, do these failing requests happen consistently? I'm not seeing large volumes of failures, but I'll reopen it if this is a consistent problem.

This happens to me every day and always has.

Same as Owlish, I get this message at some point every day. No problems with my internet, no problems with any other sites.

Happening to me as well on the Android app when trying to open threads. Happens almost every day, intermittently.

The error message is something like "check your internet connection and try again" but this happens whether or not I'm connected to wifi on my phone. Incredibly frustrating as it means I need to refresh, and then I end up losing the thread I was trying to open!

I am getting similar on laptop, bad gateway or something. Keep meaning to take a screenshot but TBH I just close the page instead.

I've noticed it tends to happen at times of likely high traffic so between about 7pm to 11pm
