My ds was 6 months at the time.
Now he's actually starting Primary 1 in August and I would have liked to have had a MN perspective on what to expect.
There are quite a lot of Scottish mumsnetters and we would appreciate the different education system being acknowledged.

There are a few Scottish teachers on here too who could help you out of you hit a brick wall.
Your information on English schooling is great, something comparable for north of the border would be fab.
