Ads on iPhone

For a few days I have been getting ads covering part of my thread. I can’t close them. Sometimes one, sometimes two. Usually covering the OP.
Using safari on iPhone.
What can I do to get around this please?

Same problem here too. I was able to close them (can’t close them now) and it asked a reason so I clicked ‘ad covered content’ and it told me it wouldn’t show that ad again. I reloaded the page and the same ad came up covering the thread!!

Any update on when/how they can be stopped? I'm on a Galaxy phone so not just iPhone issue

It’s getting worse and worse. I used to be able to refresh the page and they’d disappear. Now they are there constantly and I can’t read half the thread.

Same here, still happening for me on every thread. Is there any update please?

I've practically given up MNing on my iPhone. I know I could use the app but I don't like it and using Safari is impossible now.

I don’t blame you, the ads seem to be multiplying now, I had 3 ads on a thread just now!!

I have them too. It’s getting so annoying. I only MN on my phone, hate the app. Please sort it! 😥

@flissmumsnet is there any progress on this? It’s getting really irritating. I can’t read threads properly as they are covered in ads for wolef hoodies!!!

User Geo Date/Time of the event
User agent information (The details of the browser, OS, Device etc.)

For me, details as follows:

Location: SE London or Central London, depending on days/times
Browser: Safari on latest version of IOS (12.3 I think?)
I'm not sure what Geo Date is?
User agent: See above, safari, iphone

It’s happening right now for me. I’m in Glasgow using Safari on iPhone.

From 'User Geo Date/Time of the event' I meant the exact date and time when you were observing the ads covering content. This information is needed to pull up the ads that served in the specified date and time by accessing the ad logs.
