My iPhone app is keep showing I have unread replies on my threads but they've all been opened and read. Next time the app opens they're highlighted as unread again

Hi bigbluehouse we're guessing that's pretty annoying for you and sounds like you're not alone....

Would you let us know what device/browser you're using and whether this happens if you log in on a different device.

We'll see what we can do to figure out what's going on

Hey guys, thanks for raising this - we're working on a different fix right now that should perform better than previous fixes. I'm hoping on a release next week or the following week.

Thanks for your patience! In the short term, if it's really irritating, you can delete and reinstall the app here, which will fix it for the first 400 threads you open.

Talk iOS app users, we have a fix for read threads! 🤩

We've rebuilt the way the app shows there are new posts on a thread, and so far it's looking good. Try out the update on <a class="break-all" href="http://go.mumsnet.com/?xs=1&id=470X1554755&url=bit.ly/mumsnettalk" target="_blank">the App Store, and let us know how it goes.
