My iPhone app is keep showing I have unread replies on my threads but they've all been opened and read. Next time the app opens they're highlighted as unread again

Hi bigbluehouse we're guessing that's pretty annoying for you and sounds like you're not alone....

Would you let us know what device/browser you're using and whether this happens if you log in on a different device.

We'll see what we can do to figure out what's going on

It's the iPhone app. All up to date. I don't use other devices so no idea

But it's still happening but to majority of threads I'm involved in now, rather than just one

I get the same on the iPhone app - but not all the time. It's like it refreshes every few days and all the threads look like they have unreadable but don't.
