does anyone else go on other "inferior" sites to post about things they know would be frowned upon on here?

i introduced a friend to MN - i don't know who she is because we agreed to keep our nickames secret - but she admitted to me the other day that if she wants to ask something that might be frowned upon on MN she reverts to bounty. i felt a bit bad about this and that people should be able to ask things openly and not fear being attacked by the "MN police" so to speak.

i've only ever been on here, BMC (but can't work out how to use the damned thing) and netmums. don't post on there though, only use it to find people and local groups. i too spoke about MN with a friend to find out she meant netmums!

i got pounced on one site for suggesting that if someone didn't want to be pregnant then maybe it was a bit stupid to use withdrawal as a chosen method of contraception
