What threads do you avoid and why??

i try to keep out of feeding related ones (though am sometimes drawn in)- far too contraversial,
i never go near style as i have none and don't care!

monday/tues/wed/thurs/fri/weekend FLY - had a look once - never again!

i have never ventured into the tea shop or the bar either, not really sure why not though

there are certain posters i avoid and threads like who is the bestest ever mumsnetter who's (sp?) arse you would like to lick ones, as well as the pedant ones usually. Avoid others depending on mymood. i mostly stick to active convos anyway so could say i avoid anything not on tehre lol!

and you can eat as many virtual cakes as you like.

Really its just a general chat, no real topic in particular just some where to hang out.

I avoid threads that already have more than about 100 posts before I see it. I like to be able to read the whole lot before getting involved.

I don't go on many of the baby related ones, also don't tend to visit style unless asking for advice
I also don't go in the bar/tearoom/fLY as I can't keep up!

Any of the really upsetting ones, and people talking about stories in the news about children being hurt etc.

Any that have got "blardy" or "farking" in the thread title. Puerile and irritating.

threads about celebs - who cares?!

Agree agree!! About the the really upsetting ones that are obviously going to be about child abuse or something.
And the celebrity ones as well. Oh and I forgot to say any thread about any kind of big celebrity brother get me out of come dancing etc...
