Seriously. The ads in the middle of the threads on mobile are awful. They spoil the flow of the thread. But this. This is a whole manner of fresh hell. Please. Stop it. It’s irritating. And driving me not to post here.

Firefox focus is a good ad blocker. I’ve not had a problem since I’ve installed it.

I can't use MN on my mobile because of loud insistent flashy ads offering me the chance to win an iPhone 8. Can't even close them down - they just won't go away so I won't be MNing from my phone any time soon. Anyone else getting this?

I’m having a massive British airways video popping up on nearly every thread and it keeps opening immediately no matter how many times I close it. I’m on safari on an iPad. It’s so annoying

Sorry about this, I have made some changes to our system, can you please give it 15 mins to kick in and let me know if issue is still persisting, also it would be really useful to know if these popups appear immediately as you get onto a thread or a few seconds later?

Ok thanks all for your comments, I have just made one more change to see if this works.
I know this is frustrating but I am working blindly at the moment as I cannot replicate the issue, so I am having to go through each partner to eliminate.
