Fra was just me being lazy. I don't understand the Renaissance painter thing - didn't they all have long names? Am I being thick? Time for bed, I think, but I was glad to se this, and look forward to the Ponce & Grind section!

Need some way of 'tagging' threads which are P&G, so that the mob can find them quickly. Perhaps they could appear in red on active convos, then, like bulls, they would come.

Love the idea of a 'phurrt' emoticon

paulaplumpbottom · 28/03/2007 21:56

lol

FrannyandZooey · 28/03/2007 21:57

Actually Catastrophe I think there must already be such a system in place, but only visible to the chosen few

either that or they all just use MSN of course

Perhaps a veto button that allows people to vote when they get fed up and when enough people have voted that Mumsnetter is sent to the naughty step for half an hour where they can only post on 'in the news', 'ebay' and 'ecology' threads.

phurrt

catASTROPHE · 28/03/2007 22:00

oh but 'in the news' can be ^controversial'!

catASTROPHE · 28/03/2007 22:01

It is amazing how quickly the grapevine works though, isn't it F&Z - kind of scary...

catASTROPHE · 28/03/2007 22:01

contraversial

Yeah you are right, is there a 'weather' forum on here. Or perhaps a 'taxation' thread?

brandnewhelsy · 28/03/2007 22:06

ContrOversial

paulaplumpbottom · 28/03/2007 22:07

Tinkerbell some posters would never be off the naughty step. DC and Xenia would essentially be banned.

catASTROPHE · 28/03/2007 22:07

need...spellcheck...

catASTROPHE · 28/03/2007 22:07

PPB...would that be such a bad thing?
