Following on from Custy and Twiglett being reported....what does Mumsnet do when a post is reported?

I'll tell you all something else: it isn't just dishing out deletions and tellings off at MNHQ, you know! They work by reward and postive encouragement too! I have had e mails thanking me for being nice...and 3 pasta twists added to my jar!
