Ipad app logging out

My ipad app has started logging me out, so every time I go into the app, I have to log in! Is there a way to stop this and stay logged in like before?

Hey @Wonderpants - that sucks, sorry to hear! We don't tend to have this issue occurring much but this may resolve the issue:

  1. First check you have the most recent version of the app (the last version was released in April)
  1. Try force-quitting the app (double tap the home button, swipe up the Talk app), then reopen the app.

If that doesn't work:

  1. Delete the app and reinstall from the App Store

Hi there mckenzie,

When you log in, can you see the box that says 'keep me logged in'?

If so, tick that box and it should do the trick.
