When trying to reply to a personal message and pressing 'send' it shows 'close' and does not send. I'm not the only one this is happening to.

We appreciate the update!
Tech is doing everything possible to replicate this but are really struggling at the moment.
Does this happen in other browsers?

No worries dutch!
There are three main browsers. Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet explorer!
If you have any more browsers you could try that are already downloaded onto your ipad, it'd be interesting to see what happens when logging in and attempting to PM from them. If this makes no sense, pop a message over to [email protected] and we'll explain more.
