What info do you gather - app vs mobile site

I just wondered if you could tell me what info you gather on users from the app and from those using the mobile site.

Am thinking of installing the app but a post on another thread has me worried about the info you gather so I would like some clarification please.

I'm Mumsnet’s iOS developer and compared to the website there is currently no extra data we collect on the Talk app. For the full explanation of the data we collect and why, please see our privacy policy and let us know if you'd like any further clarification.

It’s a little worrying that another thread suggests the app is gathering other data, since it’s not true - so please let us know if you find that thread.
