Lost the bar at the bottom

The toolbar accross the bottom ... has gone.

I started a thread (this one haha) using the drop down at the top.

I liked the toolbar !
Has it gone forever?
I liked hitting the 'active' button

How many times has this sort kf glitch happened now? Never experienced it on any other site
And the adds are still annoying and making the site unuseable
