Porn appearing!

Reading a thread when suddenly the page changed to a rather graphic video! I'm on an I pad (using safari) and I definitely haven't been on any dodgy sites, is this a mumsnet problem or an iPad problem?

I'm afraid I didn't screen shot, but have just had the pleasure of seeing 'Swipe and Sext' instead of the MN thread I was expecting.

iPad, Safari, desktop. And opening a thread from iPad's history, not from within site (hope that made sense.

Just wondering, given that this is happening at the same time as MN is being also most unusably slow/cranky, if we have hackers again.

We've been working hard to figure this out but it's like finding a needle in a haystack, I will not bore you with all the technical jargon but just wanted to let you know we have made some more changes to make it harder for these fraudsters to get through.

Same thing happened to me this evening, clicked on next page of a thread and porn site popped up. Using iPad and safari.

Happened to me just now -'using iPad and Safari also; redirected to a porn site at 6-03am. Luckily that one came within warning so I did not spill my early morning cuppa...
