Deleted threads

Hi MNHQ - I've just sent you an email about a deleted thread which is causing me real concern. But I don't know how long it will be before you get round to reading it so I'm trying this as another way to draw your attention to my email as I think the point I am making in it is serious and needs addressing asap. I'm bring elliptical as font want to make a bad situation worse. Thanks

Thanks to posters for help earlier - useful to know about reporting own post to get attention. MNHQ have worked very hard to solve problem - briefly in middle of night ( I was ill and couldn't sleep) a new thread was started. It contained serious criticism of an easily identifiable individual by naming their position and the organisation where they worked. I reported and ( not necessarily linked ) the thread was deleted very quickly. However, the identifying information remained in the thread title and there were technical difficulties in dealing with this - especially on the talk app. All is sorted now and although this must be rare I guess HQ now know how to do it if it happens again. I had absolutely no personal interest in the particular thread but was concerned that this was happening to someone who could easily be professionally damaged by such information being out there (DM anyone in our post factual if it's on the internet it must be true world) .As we all know, there would have been nothing wrong with posting the issue/ problem with no identifying factors and asking for advice as to what to do ( which I'm sure would have been to go through the proper channels with the organisation). Anyway sorted now, will continue being ill. Have just had a good throw up (tmi)
