Why has the bit at the top changed again?

It's like being at the supermarket after they have rearranged everything - I keep hitting the wrong button because I am used to it being in a particular place!

Is it just me or have the new profile icons vanished? All I'm getting along the posters bar is the exclamation mark (option to contact mumsnet about this post)........???

I keep clicking on search messages by mistake and then am really confused when active convos doesn't come up!

Thought I'd gone doolally - keep clicking on "search for messages". Grrrr....it's like going into the supermarket when they've moved everything.

Re the profile icons, we've a few gremlins round here at M Towers it seems, Tech will surface in a wee while (he's not that lazy just a in a different time zone) and no doubt he'll make everything better... in the meantime, as ever, apologies.

And no, sorry, we are not changing the links back to where they were - you'll get used to them in a day or two and it's better for newbies and anyway a wee bit of change is good - staves off old age I'm told .
