Why can't I change my NN?

I've been trying for the past few days but as soon as I press 'save changes' it just goes to a blank screen.

Any ideas?

(tried from my phone as well thinking it may be my laptop but same thing happened)

Hi there NewtoCornland - we've taken a look in the back end, and we can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to NC. You're not using the app are you?
