Why can't I change my NN?

I've been trying for the past few days but as soon as I press 'save changes' it just goes to a blank screen.

Any ideas?

(tried from my phone as well thinking it may be my laptop but same thing happened)

No I don't have the app. I've tried several times since posting this and still no joy!
