Doubling posts (still!) and my posts not showing

I'm on the app on an iPhone 6 and for a few days now I'm seeing doubles of some posts on every thread I read.

Plus when I post on a thread I get the little success tick but my posts aren't there Confused

Is anyone else having issues?
