Doubling posts (still!) and my posts not showing

I'm on the app on an iPhone 6 and for a few days now I'm seeing doubles of some posts on every thread I read.

Plus when I post on a thread I get the little success tick but my posts aren't there

Is anyone else having issues?

Have you done today's app update? (A fix has just been issued for some problems with the second most recent update.) I don't think it will sort past errors but it should help with future ones.
