Happens to me on laptop (firefox), have to change on phone.

I got the blank page on windows 10 using chrome. Was able to change using microsoft edge or whatever its called (still on windows 10) if that's any help.

I get a blank page on windows 10, and 403 error message on my phone (sorry, don't know how to take a screenshot of my phone)

If that helps anyone: it does seem to work on Windows Explorer

I've been getting the same problem. I usually use chrome but was able to change names using firefox.

Nothing yet? Still not workin for me.......

Chrome, as I despise IE.

I'm shocked any still uses IE tbh. DH is a tech geek and has said for years how bad the security is.

I'm on Firefox using OSX 10 and am not getting an option to change my user name. Would dearly love to change it as my current one is quite forgettable!!!!

Just managed to change my username on Android, but previous attempts on Chrome failed this morning.

I've just managed to name change, for the first time in about a month, by signing in using IE as my browser. Such a pain as I use Firefox and Safari usually. I had also tried it in Chrome.
I run Win 10 or Ios depending which device I'm using.
Please sort this HQ!

This is still happening. Doesn't seem to matter which name I try to change to (a new one or one I've used before). Just goes to a blank screen, no error messages.

Desktop, Windows 7, Chrome.
