MNHQ are doing the Moonwalk - please sponsor us

Hi all,

Over the years here at HQ, we have seen many of you sadly impacted by cancer, either personally or that of a loved one and we wanted to do a little something to try and raise some money for a cancer charity.

We have chosen the MoonWalk in London on the 14th May.
11 of us from MNHQ will be doing the half moon (13.1 miles officially but actually about 15 miles) around London starting at midnight . If you are doing it too, please come and say hi, we'll be wearing MN t-shirts

Have a fabulous time! I've done two Moonwalks now and they it's an amazing experience!

What shall we shout? I'm not sure I want to yell 'Mumsnet!' Like the true South London lass I am! . I have a tendency to sound a bit fish wifey! Can we have a code name to shout, so it's not quite so obvious were MNers?

We could just shout, 'nice norks!' I suppose. That's not obvious at all!

I'm doing the half MoonWalk too! I'll be wearing the MN scarf (whatever that is). There's a few of us from work doing it: we lost one of our gorgeous girls to bastard breast cancer just over a year ago

Maureen we absolutely need a code word / phrase. What about "penis beaker?"
