There is a thread which has just been deleted where the OP admitted to being a troll and soon after the thread was zapped.

However the poster had a long back history of posts.
What I want to know, and I think it is important for us all to know, is whether this person had a long running posting history but got bored and then decided to 'come out' as a troll. Or if they had hacked into an existing account.
If they had built up this long posting history why did they bother?
If they hacked an account we need to know.

I don't think anyone would have hacked into an existing account for this purpose. They're history is probably all a bit of a mixture of truth, stretched truth and lies or they just got bored.

I'm sure a huge amount of posts on Aibu and chat are a load of bollocks anyway so I wouldn't lose any sleep about it.

Well OP I doubt you're going to receive a breakdown of the ins and outs from MNHQ but why not email and ask?

Some trolls do build up posting histories and whole personas. I was on here years ago and there were a few regulars who turned out to be trolls. Annoyingly for me I was having a breakdown and off MN when it kicked off, came back and 🌪poof🌪 they were gone.
