Can't seem to send a PM at all, types in ok, then when press send, I get this, and it might just be us, because we've just this mo received one!

What have we done?!!

I've just emailed MN Towers as I'm trying to get hold of a poster to send some concert tickets for Monday. I've spent 2 days trying to reply to her PM on my phone presuming it was an issue with my almost antique phone!
