PMs - Us again! Have we broken them?

Can't seem to send a PM at all, types in ok, then when press send, I get this, and it might just be us, because we've just this mo received one!

What have we done?!!

A quick update - our Tech team have said they're confident they've found out what the issue is here. They're testing it on various devices to get a fix in as soon as possible.
