Why are pics now showing as jpg images in new page when you click on them?

Its a bit annoying as I have to either right click open new tab or open, view and click back page every time.

It happens on every browser to me. Is this how it is now?

When you click on the image, this is what you get.

Yes, I thought it was something I had done! Very annoying as when you click back button after viewing the pic it takes me to either the start of the thread again or whatever random place I had last saved.

Ok here goes. Pic 1 is the thread and pic 2 is when I click on a picture. It happens everywhere on every browser though.

This is on Chrome though.

Same happening here (also Chrome user).

It's most annoying cos I have threads all on one page and when I press the back arrow, it goes to the top of the page so I have to scroll back down again to wherever I was.

Here too - Chrome as well.

Same for me, IE7 on a desktop.

Bump! Purleease fix this! Clicking on a thumbnail in a post opens the full-size image only - you then have to use the back button to get back to the thread. If there are 3 thumbnails, you have to do this three times. It's a pain.

Hovering over thumbnails no longer changes the preview pic in the post (above the thumbnails.)

You ought to know, too (sorry!) that the slideshow you had before didn't work. Clicking on a thumbnail opened an overlay, iirc, which had next & previous arrows, but didn't actually change the image being shown.

There are hundreds of really good jquery slideshow plugins. Please use one :)
