I can't seem to email them, it won't let me, keeps telling me that there is an error. And I need to speak to someone urgently.

Are you using the contactus address?

zippitippitoes · 27/10/2006 13:07

you could try using the exclamation mark on your op and writing your problem on the form if the contacts us doesn't work

helpmequick · 27/10/2006 13:07

Yes!

How quickly do they read them? I need help quickto get my messages deleted. Will they do this for me?

Often if I click on 'contact us' things, it opens up Word with the email address, but won't actually send a message via that - try just using your normal email program and sending an email to [email protected]

zippitippitoes · 27/10/2006 13:09

it depends they rarely delete all messages

SamhainWitch · 27/10/2006 13:09

Just cut and paste the addy into your usual email programme.

[email protected]

hunkermunker · 27/10/2006 13:09

How quickly they read them depends.

Are you OK? Can I create a diversionary inflammatory thread for you so that whoever might be reading your messages reads that instead?

helpmequick · 27/10/2006 13:11

i've done it, thanx through hotmail.

PinkTulips · 27/10/2006 13:16

a person in rl? you poor thing, have you tried the '!' in the corner of any of your messages and explain the situation?

MarsLady · 27/10/2006 13:17

Don't cry honey. I'm sure that MNHQ will do all the deletions that you need. No need to let some idiot bring you to tears.

I don't know what's going on but hoping all comes right quickly.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 27/10/2006 13:21

I'm sure MNHQ will get onto it asap for you.

Hunker, any excuse to be inflammatory, eh?

helpmequick · 27/10/2006 13:21

the messages dont have the red exclamation mark as they are old.

OP posts:
helpmequick · 27/10/2006 13:22

thanks for the offer hunker, but they don't come on here to chat, they have come on here to specifically find what I've said in the archived messages!

OP posts:
VeniVidiVickiQV · 27/10/2006 13:23

They can still be deleted.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 27/10/2006 13:23

Why would they do that?

helpmequick · 27/10/2006 13:24

I bloody hope so!

OP posts:
helpmequick · 27/10/2006 13:25

well I suppose they knew they would find reference to themselves on here and others and could trash my relationships with people.

OP posts:
PinkTulips · 27/10/2006 13:26

thats horrible! i really hope MNHQ sort it for you quickly

helpmequick · 27/10/2006 13:28

Messages are being deleted as we speak. Wow, thats bloody service for you. I am sooo upset that this is happening though. A lot of memories are stored on here.
