Hope you like it - there's still a bit a of fiddling to be done to make it perfect. We'll be rolling out a simlar update on Talk in a wee while (once Tech's recovered from his home page exertions). No avatars or flashing things though - promise.

Aw I was relieved to see that Talk looked the same still

(we are all old stick in the muds, there'll be riots if you try to change things)

I keep clicking on "home" up the top, but nothing is different for me Talk is still under "best of" etc...

You probably have it cached in your browser Flamebat. Clear out your cookies etc and see what happens

Just to let you know (as if you didn't) that 'Big Issues' hasn't had the new colour scheme and neither has the 'Shopping' link which then asks you to log in but rejects a correct e-mail / Talkname and password login.

Oh and 'Classified' is surely missing an 's' ?

Done that, still no change

Will completely log out of computer and try again...

Flamebat - it's probably something to do with 'Refresh every page: every time I vist" in Cache settings or sommit.

Getting seriously p*ssed off now!!!

Now at Psychomum's house and can't see any difference either (cleared cookies, cache, history and got it to refresh each visit...)

If you look at Connections / Proxy settings, are you surfing through a cache to speed your browsing, or as directed by your ISP ?

You want to try disabling that (after you've noted down any addresses).

The change is for real.

Try a reboot as well.
