why have I received an email addressing me by my username?

My RL name isn't chipped (funnily enough) so why have I received email to my personal account saying "Dear Chipped"?

How secure is this site Justine?

Hi there - do you want to mail us at [email protected] with more details and we'll take a look for you? MNHQ mails sometimes go to people's usernames but it's odd that you should have got one from an external company!
