"Add a Message

It is with great regret that we have to ask members to refrain from any further discussion of Gina Ford, her methods or her books on the site. To find out why click here. We'd be very grateful if members could report any mentions of Gina Ford using the "contact Mumsnet" facility (the little red exclamation mark to the right of each posting). Many thanks. MNHQ. "

Never seen it before.

Anyone posted on moneysavingexpert? They have a huge discussion forum used by thousands - they would hate to see forums going this way

katierocket · 07/08/2006 14:54

I have to go out now but worth somone emailing BBC online (separately to bbc) as, being a website, they are likely to beinterested in the issues this raises.

'bubblerock' I used to go on moneysavingexpert, and I remember they had a similar problem with sainsburys after people were sharing discount codes for delivery. They also had legal action taken against them .I Can't remember what it amounted to but I'll have a look and see if anything is relevant.

aitch71 · 07/08/2006 14:58

Daily Mail Scotland are writing something up, apparently. although i think i am being a pest now, with my hilarious headline suggestions... am i, Tim? i do apologise

and i am waiting to speak to my chum at the Sunday Times Scotland features desk who will hopefully do something cos of Jocko link.

hello to all the Bounty ladies, too, this is exciting, isn't it? and 'if the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world' (i'm quoting here, from a book that has recently been written by someone or other) then why oh why take us all on?

aitch71 · 07/08/2006 15:02

quite a lot of new reviews on amazon now... someone has gone on with a name very similar to mine... wierd.

Quootiepie · 07/08/2006 15:03

Mrs RIchard Hammond, that sounds good... maybe signed with all our names? Shows its not just one person, but a whole "community". Less likely to be ignored i think...
