Spoofs, Jokes and Trolls

Hullygully · 27/03/2013 16:47

Right.

I want a serious debate about this.

I started a joke thread, in my own name as usual, about a neighbour stealing a spoon.

It was questioned as "trolling" and I got told off by Rebecca at MNHQ.

Are spoofs and/or jokes no longer allowed?

Since when?

And why?

What do people think about spoofs, jokes and trolls and the difference theereof?

Don't bother with being subtle with Pag. She'll need you to hold her hair back....

TuftyFinch · 28/03/2013 17:36

Do spaghetti hoops count as one of the 5 a day?

magimedi · 28/03/2013 17:41

Yes, Tufty as does Wine & tobacco (it's a plant, ain't it?).

(Forgets that now has ecig which doesn't count )

Pagwatch · 28/03/2013 17:47

Grin at echo.

Aw I'm not too bad.
Those caipirinha are bloody lovely Boeuf. I will have several for you tomorrow.

I must go to sleep soon. The DC wake stupidly early. I am just struggling with arguing with some utter wanker on Madames thread and wanting to read you lot chatting.

Pagwatch · 28/03/2013 17:51

Hey Hully

We were naming the fish today. There is a slightly confused one that keeps floating by the stairs listing dreadfully to one side that we named after you.

OhChristHasRisenFENTON · 28/03/2013 17:51

I'd like a Martini right NOW.

I have just spent 2 hours teach Dad (age 80) how to use his new laptop.

It is installed with Windows 8 and lots of new stuff.

I am used to old Windows and new Mac.

I have been a little lost and very, very exhausted with the teaching of afore mentioned 80 year old.

Give me drink now.

please and Thanks

HAND IT OVER PAGSTER.

SecretLindtBunny · 28/03/2013 17:52

HotCrossWeaselInSinisterBonnet · 28/03/2013 17:52

Hullygully · 28/03/2013 17:53

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 28/03/2013 17:55

[forcibly removes wine glass from Pag, makes her sit with her head between her knees...]

Wow - that took guts, LaQueen!

Hullygully · 28/03/2013 17:56

Don't go there tifty

Pagwatch · 28/03/2013 17:57

I am being very well behaved. not at all drunk, middle aged and faintly inappropriate.

Here Fenton. I am moving on to champagne cocktails on Friday. And it's nearly Friday here.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 28/03/2013 17:58

I meal plan, LaQueen, so I s'pose you won't like me now?Sad[needy]

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 28/03/2013 17:59

Would love to have a huge small drink of something alcohohohlic right now, but I have to pick dh from Glasgow later on, so I have to stay un-pished, dammit. >

OhChristHasRisenFENTON · 28/03/2013 18:02

Thanks Paggy, I am most grateful.

Smile
MadameDefarge · 28/03/2013 18:03

thank you hully. just that. and pags.

TuftyFinch · 28/03/2013 18:05

Ok hilly I won't. what's your suggestion to the problem?
Although I don't actually know what the problem is either.

Hullygully · 28/03/2013 18:09

I meal plan. Otherwise food is wasted and money too.

Surely tis only sensible??

OP posts:
GetOeuf · 28/03/2013 18:13

I meal plan. Well I buy a few things to cook in the week and spend the whole week ordering in takeaways and then look at the cooking crap sitting forlornly in the fridge and feel guilty.

I used to love cooking and now I can't be mithered.

Hullygully · 28/03/2013 18:14

Also, imagine having to think, what the fuck shall we have for dinner EVERY DAY??????

I think about it on Mon, shop and then cook for the whole week on Mon so I don't have to think about BORING BORING DINNERS again until the following week.

No cooking at weekends, scavenge as you can round my gaff.
