Zombie is old. Zombie is grumpy. She freely admits to those.

Zombie also has one tit left and there are a few posters who are really, really getting on it.

It's getting to the point that she's about ready to take an extended MN holiday just for the sake of her blood pressure and her sanity.

Please, please may we have a hide poster button?

Morning all and Blush at taking so long to get back to you all.

I'm afraid the answer is the same as it has always been - here is Justine's response from the October webchat

"Same old answer really - we think there's a danger of mucho confusion - missing posts etc. We are a discussion site that allows differing and unpopular opinions so it just doesn't feel very Mumsnet."

@Maryz

Rebecca, just as a matter of interest, do you have a shit list like some of us do, in our heads.

Are there a number of posters about whom you get loads of reports - ones who stay just the right side of the guidelines but are really fucking annoying on zillions of threads?

And is there any way of dealing with them - maybe sending them a message saying "grow up and stop annoying everyone"?

And if so, is it worth reporting, re-reporting the ones who get on my wick in the hope that if enough people report them that you will do something about them (even if technically they aren't actually breaking any rules).

If that makes sense?

Or do I just have to suck it up and avoid threads they are on (ie half the board)?

I luff everyone me Hmm

yy, keep reporting, that is what we are here for and we will take a look BUT, we can't ban people for being annoying or for having differing views, no matter how frustrating they are.

@Absy

If you're guest moderating, do you get access to the MNHQ biscuit tin? Or is that for normal MNHQers only?

Oh no, we don't share biscuits with everyone Biscuit
