Hello, I'm new on here. I'd like to change my name for Christmas but I just can't work out how to do it. Could some kind person please help? I'm on the mobile site if that makes a difference. TIA

First of all, sorry, DollySister, that no one from HQ posted in answer to your OP. That was most unobliging of us - but glad that you got the help from Tee instead
Feather, when you click 'show desktop site' from the mobile version, it should display: "Yes - this time", ''Yes-always" and "No-stay here".
Sounds as though you clicked ''Yes-always". Which kinda explains what happened, although we can see it doesn't make it less annoying in your case!
