AIBU to wonder/worry about work life balance at MNHQ

I see lots of posts from MNHQ-ers saying thins like "must stop posting, am at a festival with the kids/on holidays today/it's past my bedtime".
Is have two theories:
Either MNHQ are worked like slaves which is terribly hypocritical for a family-promoting site,
Or you all get sucked into vair interesting discussions and can't log off -like the rest of us-

So which is it?

Couldn't HQ organise special tours
we could check how much gin is in the cellar

And I want to know if you ever blackmail people by threatening to reveal their true identities.
Then we could go to your houses to see if you have achieved a life/work balance, or if your just a bunch of slobs who spend every waking moment drinking gin
