AIBU to wonder/worry about work life balance at MNHQ

I see lots of posts from MNHQ-ers saying thins like "must stop posting, am at a festival with the kids/on holidays today/it's past my bedtime".
Is have two theories:
Either MNHQ are worked like slaves which is terribly hypocritical for a family-promoting site,
Or you all get sucked into vair interesting discussions and can't log off -like the rest of us-

So which is it?

We're family friendly tak1ng and we get sucked in sometimes too.

It is fairly rare to post from a festival but many of us pop in on our days off to say hello and help out occasionally. It's nice
