I think I might be a bit bonkers actually. I was at a festival in Regents Park yesterday and there was a baby changing tent with signs above the bins saying 'Soiled nappies only' so I asked the member of staff working there what would happen if I put a clean one in.

She didn't appear to even understand the question and there was I giggling as I was taking ds out of the tent......
