Password reset

Hi, I've tried to reset my password, have requested a reminder 4 times, but each one comes up with an expired link! What am I doing wrong?!

Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble resetting your password. Each link you receive only has one use - once you've clicked it, the link expires.

Did you manage to follow the link through and change your password?

Does the text show the link has expired when you click it from the email or when you try to log in with your new password?
