So that I can hide it.
Anything that comes under the heading of crotch flakes, pustules, moistness, pus porn, poo or poo habbits, farts, add others as appropriate, could be banished there so that the rest of civalised society can rest easy knowing they should not be subjected to this hideousness. 
Since joining the site I have been exposed to things that can never be unseen
