Please can we have a TMI topic?

Anything that comes under the heading of crotch flakes, pustules, moistness, pus porn, poo or poo habbits, farts, add others as appropriate, could be banished there so that the rest of civalised society can rest easy knowing they should not be subjected to this hideousness.

I ment all the topics that had been mentioned already, not the 80% of them. but I'm all in favour of a ruthless cull, just let me have a TMI topic put in.

I don't mind people discussing poo crumbs, crotch flakes or razor blades left in the bathroom with bogroll and poo on the handle BUT I would appreciate a warning if a thread is TMI. Then I can avoid them while MNing over dinner.

I MN and eat so it would just be nice to have a little warning. And I could post my own tmi things knowing not as many people would see it like in chat

Yes thats the point. Discuss whatever you like on here, but I don't want to have to be faced with it in chat or AIBU. If it was in a TMI topic then at least you are getting a warning of what is contained in the thread and you could choose not to open it. On occasions I have opened what appears to be a perfectly innocent thread to find it filled with grossness! if it was in a TMI topic then you would get a warning of whats in it. Or of course you can hide the whole topic so that those things don't keep cropping up in active convos.

Oh god yes please a TMI topic is a great idea. Also agree with others though the Topics list needs shears taking to it. It's ridiculously long.

that would do the job insert but it would need to be able to attach it to the thread title which might be more of a problem tech wise. Also don't know how that would work with regard to hiding the all the threads on mass.

Well if its popping up in active convos people who are interessed in those things would still see it. And the people who wish not to see it can hide it so they don't have to read the sometimes fairly graphic thread titles.
