I think they seem more quichey when they're in OTBT and lock those big wooden studded gates behind them

CLLAAAAANG

"If only one or two people a month who are in need of a bit of help see them, then they are well worth having." Definitely agree with this Maryz

Magna · 30/10/2011 18:23

Maryz that is the reason that I as a nobdie do not want to go in OTBT. What is the point of being there and no one being able to just call in

RiffRaffeta · 30/10/2011 18:23

Banishing the Nobdies to OTBT?

As Mardy and others have said, we aren't a clique. We are anti clique, open to all. If we were in OTBT, people would feel they couldn't join, and that is against our inclusive ethos.

Magna · 30/10/2011 18:26

Well said Raff

"I'm surprised the wolefs have gone there, but I'm sure they'll be back"

Nah, we got fed up of being whinged at for our whole 2 threads in chat. Think we attracted more whinging than even the shiney lot.

Munkiii · 30/10/2011 18:31

All welcome in the Nobdie bar.

Come join us in OTBT, the lair is always open [hgrin]

Mardymwahhaha · 30/10/2011 18:34

I did have a problem with the Nobdies when they had me humming Barry Manilow for a week though...

Magna · 30/10/2011 18:44

I wondered why the wolefs had gone to OTBT thats sad you were whinged at. Come back to chat.

Sorry Mardy

nobdies are faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar from cliquey.

After all, they let me in didn't they? Wink

Seriously, please don't put them/us in that category, every poster is welcomed with open arms. There's no secret hand shake, strange wink or drinking of cat semen something gross to gain entry.

As is any poster in search of support with alcohol on the Brave Babes thread. That has taken well over a year to establish as a real life line for some, it's NEVER cliquey, we welcome everyone who needs support (not trollery) with open arms. You don't judge you, we just listen and try to help you if that's what you want. You can post there at any time and there'll be someone around to chat.

Not everyone does but hey, that's what makes the world turn.

Of course as with all 'regular' threads, there are people who 'know one another' and ask how posters are, it doesn't mean that you aren't welcome. It just means that over time, we've gotten to know each other. That's all. Don't be put off by that.

Just jump right in. You have as much right to post on there as anyone else.

If you don't like the threads, just hide them. Don't banish them to where they can't be seen....... or found.

MonsterBookOfTysons · 30/10/2011 19:59

I personally think it is quite sad to bother to hide the threads.
Surely you could just ignore them!

Sorry I have misposted the post above and asked for it to be deleted.

CJCregg · 30/10/2011 20:29

mardy, for some reason I read your post earlier as 'had me bumming Harry Manilow for a week' Grin

Now if I'd hidden this thread, I wouldn't be laughing as much as I am, would I?

Magna · 30/10/2011 20:38

Hairy or Harry CJ [hgrin]

CJCregg · 30/10/2011 20:41

I don't think that bit matters so much, mags Grin
