Threads I'm, on has gone weird

I'm on mumsnet classic and I like things old skool thanks very much.

Now threads I'm on has gone all weird - it's showing thousands of them back for days and days (normally I have it set to 72 hours only).

And it keeps resetting itself to display latest activity first - whereas I like having it my latest post first. Unfortunately every time I change it back to my latest post, it resets.

Whatever you're doing tech, STOP IT.

customise is just at the top of this page (or any other page I think) along with topics, getting started etc

This is doing my head in. I don't want to know what's going on with the thread I last posted on a few days ago, I want to know what's happened ten minutes ago. It's not about the threads, it's all about me. Me, I tell you.

Why won't it stop?

ok, I've found threads I'm on and reset it to show latest post by me - and that seems to have fixed it in terms of the order. It's now staying on latest post by me.

But I've still got the last month's worth of threads showing, instead of the last 3 days, and resetting that doesn't seem to have helped.

Do you think tech is drunk?

The problem on mine (and everyone else's by the looks of it) is that it won't stay on the setting I want, and keeps reverting to most recently active.

It's driving me fucking mental.

As Hassled says, It's all about me. Or her. Or something.

Tethersend - have you tried resaving your settings on "customise"?

I did, and it seems to have fixed the problem of reverting to most recently active. At least, it's fixed it since I last turned on the computer.

What it hasn't fixed (though I tried resaving this too) is the number of threads, but I don't care about that so much.

I tried resaving my settings and it made no deifference.

Hi folks, sorry not sure what happened there. Threads I'm on should be better now - it should check back the the number of days you told it to in your preferences.
